Why is error code F8E0 appearing on my Baumatic B205SS oven and alarm sounding

It is a thermal limiter. Same happened to me with kenwood . Am in the process of sourcing repacement. Can only find on the overpriced sites at mo eg partsmaster

The F2 error code is

E0 - Shorted keypad (also called touch pad)

E1 - Keypad cable unplugged

E5 - Cancel key drive line open

E6 - Cancel key drive line open

Solutions:

1. Check keypad connector for firm connection (keypad connects to control board).

2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace keypad (also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate keypad in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board (also called ERC or clock).

Ok, this is very common with this model, and it is the main controller board. You need to call a service, man, and ask for a "Quote",

There should be a small plate or label on the oven, giving all the details you require.
It could be at the bottom, or inside the door opening, on the rear, on the top of the oven itself, it will be there somewhere, unless it has come off.

solved by rotate the temperature knob!!!
maybe would be a problem of the potentiometer or knobe of temperature

I have a Baumatic P650SS oven. To adjust the timer volume, wait until it is beeping and then press the minus button and it will adjust through 3 sound levels. Release the minus button and the sound level of the audio signal will be set.

I think your thermostat is broken, try replacing it with a new one.
