Samsung ps50q91hd tv went to black screen with audio working then after turning off and on again. now it has black screen and no audio. capacitors on power board look fine. no bulging or leaking.

The backlight inverter which is also part of the power supply needs to be replaced. If you feel comfortable you can replace the blown capacitors on it.
i have a samsung 32" that went black and made weird noises... it had a blown capacitor,
shown here in the upper right corner, i just bought a entire board for 40$ from shopjimmy.com rather than dealing with samsung service, which i hear is way more expensive. its very easy to switch the boards.
The backlight controller is most likely faulty. It could be bad capacitors again, or the inverter board itself may need to be repaired - possibly faulty inverter(s). Try shining a torch close to the screen and see if you can see anything on the screen.
I have samsung 40" LCD tv and it's happening the same thing. I turned it on and it last for 5 minutes and the screen went back but the audio is fine. I turned off and turned it back on it worked fine but an hour later it happen again.
