DURING ONLINE GAME PLAY I GET A NETWORK CONNECTION ERROR 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 PLAYING FIFA 09 FOR THE WII, PLEASE HELP THIS IS GETTIN G VERY ANNOYING

it is possible you have a bad disc/scratched disc or you have a bad laser to read the disc. are you able to play other games on it and is the disc scratched? every disc has a boot up menu it has to go through and if the disc is scratched in the area of the boot mapping then it wont load. thus giving you an error.

Same thing happens to me. It won't let me past Press A screen unless I use player two.

go to exibtion match and then turn the other controller on. then move each little remote icon to diffren't sides. u and your friedn will then be able to choose teams and vs each other

your battery is dry or has leaked

hello, reinstall your operating system and install all your video adapter drivers, make sure you install direct X 9

please update ur graphics driver

please confirm whether you have two or more remotes. If no t,hen buy. You can get remotes from the respective dealer from whom you bought your Wii from. If you already have two remotes then press the home button in your remote and go to Wii remote settings. After going there you will find an option called "reconnect". Reconnect allows you to disconnect and reconnect your remotes. For reconnecting press 1 and 2 simontaneously in your remotes one by one. Then if your remote is in good connection it will show the charge and player number of your remote. try getting into your router settings and disabling the uPnp, all routers are different mine`s a netgear and i click on internet explorer, type in 192.168.0.1, it will then ask you your userkey which is admin and password is PASSWORD, you`ll find the upnp there somewhere, but again this worked for me but might not work for everyone!

Yes you can...

1) Take your WII out of the box.
2) Connect your WII to the internet. This needs to be through a broadband connection such as DSL or Cable.
3) A menu will appear.
4) Find a game for online play.
