I turn the projector on it begins to make noise like it is trying to turn the lamp on, but it does not turn on. The green light flashes on the top, then it turns to orange. I have replaced the bulb 2 times already and nothing helps.
Did you cancell the bulb fault status in the main menu ie bulb hours when you changed your bulbs if not try this turn unit on and see if it works it may do.
To reset the lamp hours counter press and hold down the Volume minus button - , then press the source button whilst still holding down the volume button for 5 seconds .
If this works you can then verify that the lamp counter was reset by viewing the counter in the status window in the OSM

I put a new bulb in the projector and it worked for 1 movie, then when it is turned on, the fan comes on, LED flashes steady orange, and no lamp on. I have held down volume down/source for 10 seconds, as well as power/menu buttons with no results. The bulb has been reseated and looks fine.
