What does scart mean?
A SCART connector is a physical and electrical interconnection between two pieces of audio-visual equipment, such as a television set and a video cassette recorder (VCR). Each device has a female 21-pin connector interface. A cable with a male plug at each end is used to connect the devices. (The 21st pin is actually not a pin but a ground shield contact.) Stereo audio, composite video, and control signals are provided in both directions. RGB video signals are input only. The interface is an industry standard
originated by the French company, Peritel. Today, most new television sets and VCRs in the European market and other countries that use the PAL video standard come equipped with a SCART connector. SCART stands for Syndicat francais des Constructeurs d'Appareils Radio et Television. The connector is also known as a Euro-connector.
Although it is possible to build your own connecting cable, knowledgable people recommend buying a commercial cable because of the detailed pin-crossovers and close pin connections. Differerent cables serve different purposes. A cable for connecting a VCR or a TV set to a high-fidelity audio system needs to use only three of the 21 pins.
It is more difficult to use the SCART connector to interconnect a VCR to a computer monitor because of the difficulty of synchronizing the composite video signal (which is companded into red, green, and blue) from the VCR with the RGB signals needed by the monitor.

Can I reset my lamp timer without replacing the lamp?
That should be fine to do. Even if the projector did alter the current based on lamp life, the worst that could happen in the lamp would burn out completely. A good projector should have a safety circuit with a fuse to prevent damage to any internal components. You should be fine.
Dear support. My system has worked fine for 12
Hello,
Upon setting up your equipment it is very important
that you turn on the projector first. You will see a blank projection
image, now turn on the computer, (confirm your cables are connected properly).
When using a lap top computer you may need to disable your computer's display
screen. First locate the "function" key at the top of your keypad that reads
"LCD", "CRT" or it may have an icon that resembles a computer monitor. By
pressing the "FN" key and the corresponding "function" key you will be able
to obtain the image from the projector only. This is known as "toggling" the image. If the problem still persist, replace the 10m HDMi cable.
Take care.
Hi, I just bought a used Infocus in72 projector
The best that you can look out for is to look for GROUNDING problems, loose connectors or faulty cables.
Start by checking out all cables . connectors and see if the power supply ground is well fitted to the chassis. The video or the PC connectors also must be well grounded to the main board , Look for some crack or dry solderr joints in these connectors that could bring these picture noise lines.
Howeverr if you are not able to see or get across these simple problems, i would liike to advice you to try for a exchange which will save you a great deal. Be careful not to damage the WARRANTY SEALS as the dealer may not be helpful.
I hope my advice helps you to decide. Good day
Have wide vertical gray lines
if the gray lines are equal and perfect, I would say this is the graybar resolution setting and would change the screen ration to a different setting to correct.
There seems to be dirt or something on the lens
the optical engine has to be blown out. I don't recommend trying this because you need to have training to properly remove the plastics and the gears on the engine. take it to a technician. you shouldn't be billed for more than 30 min at the most, 20 min if the tech is familiar with this model.
My in72 projector started having
