My Coby Clip MP3 player will not turn on. I just got it and I has been charging for about six hours and it till will not turn on. I did upload song before it completely charged, and was woundering if that would cause it to take long to charged. Could some one help me?

These players are notorious for battery problems. Charge it all night and you just might get 30 minutes of use out of it before the battery dies. Make sure the slider switch next to the power button on top isn't in the "lock" position as the unit will not power up if it is. I recommend getting a 12 volt car charging plug for it and getting real aquainted with the tiny reset button on the battery side of it. You can get a plug for about $6 that will charge it through the usb cable that came with the player.
Turn the power button on (on the side of the device) and then HOLD THE PLAY BUTTON DOWN for 5-10 seconds. The red light should come on. This took me 2 days of trying before I figured it out:)

I hit the reset button three times and it did not do anything.it still won't turn on after a good four hour charge.please help.

This is clearly a defective unit, since you just purchased it you should take it right back to the place you got it from and get a replacement for it. If you attempt any type of repair yourself, you will void the warranty. It should have at least a 30 to 90 day warranty, some even have a 1 year warranty.
The actual problem you have with it is not an easy one to diagnose without having it in my possession to troubleshoot it with the proper test equipment. There can be many reasons it will not turn on and can only be identified with any certainty by troubleshooting it on a test bench.
If it doesn't have a power button, then it should turn on by just pressing the play button. You should check with the owners manual you got with it when you bought it. It will explain all the features and even a couple of troubleshooting tips if it is not working normally.
Uploading a song before charging will not cause it to fail as you have described, or fail in any other way. It should not make any difference at all.

DOES NOT TURN ON JUST SHOWS COLBY SIGN AND TURNS OFF.
the mp3 started having problem whenit was bought and later turn on and after 2 weeks turned back off till today and the battertries have been changed.
I have the same problem 5 Hrs plugged into the USB port with the red light on and still won't turn on.
