So my friend gave me her old enV 3 but she forgot the security code and the phone is locked... Is there anyway to reset it with out knowing it?

the security code is the last four numbers of your phone number or whatever phone number is programmed into the phone.

Hi, This would have to go to a professional phone shop to have the code reset if the default codes arent working (1 2 3 4 5 or 0000 or 00000000)

I'd like to delete the memory on my LG enV orange. I've upgraded to a Blackberry and want to donate this phone. I'd like to reformat it to protect my info.

there is a feature when the phone is open(like in photo) and click ok once then click "0" and the code is "000000" and there is an option to reset the phone...will u donate the phone to me?!

Dial *228 and program your phone. It will restart your phone for you.. and reset all ur passwords to the default settings...which would be your last four digits of your phone number. Its free and takes maybe a minute. =)

I had the same issue with the same phone. By pure luck, I tried the last 4 digits of the phone number last used on the phone and it worked!
