I received a Vivitar mini digital camera with accessory kit for Christmas. Everything was there....however...I have downloaded the CD, but cannot access the pictures that I took. The dowload seemed successful, but for some reason I can't get the pictures to dowload. HELP I've heard rumors that there has been a problem with the software.

Put in your cameras model # and you should be able to download it. If not just call them and ask them to send you a new disc. They will charge you S&H.
I downloaded everything correctly and when i tryed to download picture into my computer it sad cannot connect to camera and the camera was plugged in corectly.
I just bought the Vivitar mini digital camera and everything installed really well but when i click on "My Camera" it say "cannot connect to camera". My camera is plugged in to the USB port properly and it shows PC on my camera but i cannot get the pictures please email me at [email protected] if you know how to help! THNX!
