Frozen on coby red dot screen

Please help me. I got this mp3 on the 6 th of Jan , have hardly used it and after I loaded songs on it and I turned it off and then next day I turned it on it turned on but freezes on the red coby screen. I reset it and it still stays frozen when I turn it back on. Then I tried holding the pause play button down for 10 seconds and it still wont work when I turn it on. It is still frozen. Thanks

I was listen to my music one day and Suddleny it got frozen im like WAT!!! got to be Kidding me and now i dont know what to do i still have it in my room

Coby mp3 is frozen

Hi.
Try to hold the turn on button for one minute.
If its still froze, try to charge it or connect it to the PC to see if there's any difference on the screen.

Coby 2gb red light flashing

I know exactly what u mean. same thing happened to me.
Go into the coby media manager.
Click on music
when you list of songs appears, right click on a song
then click on syncronise.
do that for each song. this syncronises your songs to your player.
it worked for me!!!!

Did you try the reset hole in the back of the unit? put a pin or paper clip in there, hold it in for 3 seconds, it should turn off and come back on and restore the firmware.

What does Error 4 mean?

Go out and sell it on ebay. Say only one problem with it. And under description say special software needed to use correctly. make sure it is at a low price and yoou put correctly, cuz half th people on ebay dont use the things correctly.
