Nope nasty black flake, new bathroom less than a year old. I was told to use hot water, bleach, and cascade dishwater soap. Run for 15 minutes threw the jets and drain. Fill tub up again with cold water and run for 10 minutes. It worked but what a pain in the a**.

Are they white flakes? Sounds like you have lime deposits turning loose in the plumbing.

Was the unit purchased and installed new? Maybe the privious owner had a hard water problem.

In either case, you may have to invest in a water softener.

Which position do i connect the water on the tub model american standard 6060lc.020

Uhm....i.dont understand....are you asking about how to install a tub faucet, a tub, or a drinking fountain? Never the less, hot is always on the left from the users perspective. Mount it close to the drain or on an acrylic surround for drop in installation. And as far as the drinking fountain goes. You're screwed.

My water heater error code 1 model ee3250rd055v what does this mean

Water heater is not 100% identified.
Unknown if this is gas or electric heater.

Problem posted under Whirlpool water heaters typically made by American water heater company.
Call Whirlpool 877-817-6750.
They will ask for model number and serial number located on label on side of tank.
Call is answered in USA by trained person who can answer specifics about that model, including warranty, age, regular maintenance, error codes, and possible solution for that specific model and serial number.
I have found these folks to be helpful.

Whirlpool manuals do not show that specific model:
http://www.whirlpoolwaterheaters.com/support/manuals.aspx

If you have the energy smart electric water heater with electronic control board, then error code explanation shows on the control board. Error 1 or a single flash, is start-up failure and requires tank to be full of water. Read page 10 of manual. Make sure water heater is full of water and water is coming full stream out of tub spout before turning on power. Also disconnect power from unit, make sure water heater is full, and then reconnect power to see if unit resets.

Is the American Standard G50T 2-3-6 a good water heater? I have trying to find stuff about them on Google but I keep getting results for american water heaters not american Standard and the reviews are not...

Generally, they are a your normal low end hot water heater. I have seen American Standard units last up to 20 years (like mine) with not problems, and I have seen them not last three years before the tank ruptured.

We have more calls on the Rheem and Brandford Whites than American Standards as far an minor problems.

Pros: Cheap; reasonably reliable; parts readily available.
Cons: Not energy efficient; tank quality - flexible.

When mine goes would I replace it with another American Standard? No, I would install the Bosch tankless water heater.

Black flakes come out when the hot water side of the faucet is used

These black flakes must be in your line or your expansion tank. Remove the filter from your faucet, temporarily, and let just the hot water side run until the water comes out clean. You must flush these black flakes out.
