Got a low votage msg couple of weeks ago and replaced the battery. Got the same msg a few weeks later; went away for a couple of days and when I came back car would not start. Took it to Pep Boys to run some checks_ stated starter, alternator were good. Battery had low votage, replaced the battery again and would not start.

If the battery is not recharging while the car is running, bad connection between alternator and battery. If it is dying while sitting, but charging while running, something is draining it. What? Who knows. It could be anything from a clock on the radio to an engine fan that doesn't stop. Look for anything electrical that is on when the car isn't. ANYTHING. Even the smallest light can pull more juice than you'd expect. Good luck.
