@Shakthi_v770: His computer does not have a cd-rom drive. It's a netbook! Furthermore, what if the printer in question was an older model with parallel interface? You can't just assume everything is plug-n-play. You need to ask some relevant questions first.
At nigellongsta: What kind of printer do you want to connect? Please provide the manufacturer and model of the printer

When you connect your printer to your pc, first insert to connect printer cable in to computer port and power supply. then you press the power on button of the printer. in system tray message appears new hardware found and it sows the printer moder and ask to insert the driver cd. you insert the cd and just give next next it will install the software automattically.

It really depends on the specific printer interface you have!

Newer printers can be attached to a Desktop or Notebook via the USB interface (small connector as for mouse).

Older printers, and 'commerciall' high speed printers, have a 'parallel' printer interface (large connector - LPT port) that will connect to a desktop (or higher end laptop) with a parallel (LPT) printer port. If you need a LPT connection, a USB to LPT converter can be used ... but a newer USB connected printer may be a cheaper alternative in this case!

Bluetooth on samsung nc10 netbook
go to control panel then open printers or other hardware then hola you can see your bluetooth icon and check the show the blluetooth icon in the notification area or if you'd check the two boxes on the option tab and connection area then try to connect thru bluetooth device so you'll see the bluetooth icon on the taskbar.
