Adding another Account is done under Control Panel. Go to Users, to set up a new one and make sure it is not a administrators account and give it a password. This stops it being a default at logon.

Hello,The Samsung N130 is not equipped with Bluetooth connectivity. The best and cheapest way to have Bluetooth on it is to use a Bluetooth dongle which are really cheap.If you are considering this option, check the driver's compatibility with your OS before buying.Hope this helps.
