Some x-box 360 cables have a switch on the end that inserts into the 360 console. It switches to HD TV if you have one. If it is switched to the wrong TV type you will get no picture.
Try a different cable or HDMI cable if the 360 had HDMI.
If none of the above work its probably 360 mainboard. Easiest fix would be to replace it or exchange if it has warranty. Good Luck

Reoccurring audio problems

All TVs today are actually computers which also receive TV frequencies. The audio has to be decoded from the digital signal then goes to an analog audio amplifier. When you hear no sound with the picture do you hear anything coming out of the speaker? A hissing sound when the volume is way up?

If you hear a hiss then the amplifier is working but not getting anything to amplify. This could be due to a bad solder connection or a problem with the CPU and/or a switching circuit. Without a schematic I'm guessing here.

The bottom line is, there's probably nothing you can do to fix it unless you're used to dealing with SM (surface mount) technology and can touch up all solder connections from the CPU to the audio amp.

Whoever is fixing the TV should be able to tell you where you're losing the signal from the RF decoder to the amplifier as long as the problem is not before the decoder (which is probably all in software that the CPU runs.)

No sound from pre-recorded dvds in tv/dvd combo

Check the sound setup to TV. Refer its user manual for details. Check whether the audio format to the recorded disc do match with to that of TVs.

The circuit breaker will be maybe burn up. Or if its new, it will be the fabrication problem. Or someone of TVs have the microchip to destruction after the surety.

I can't hear the tv i can see the picture

Hello
Either your TVs speaker or its audio output IC has damaged. To confirm which has the troubld, do the following. Place your ears very near to the speaker side of the cabin, and switch ON the tV by its MAINS POWER ON?OFF SWITCH; not by remote control handset. If you can hear a 'thumb' sound from the speaker side of your tV, confirm that the speaker is OK. If so, feed the tV with some extenal audio source; like DVD or CD player to its audio in sockets at its back, play a CD or DVD in the player, select the audio source of your TV to appropriate audio source and listed whether you can hear the sound. If there is sound from this source, make sure that the audio filterins section of your TVs main board has damaged. If there is still no sound from the speakers, make sure that the Audio Output IC of your TV has damaged. OK.

My 22 lcd gives good picture but no sound.I've tried connecting an externel head phone but i don't hear any sound.

you're best bet is, depending on your TV's input/output, is to run your video components directly to TV via HDMI, component, etc., of course component requires additional sound cables, then run your sound out from TV via, best, digital optical, to reciever. You use the TV's menu to choose what you watch and, only have the one audio out. Scan your recievers menu to make sure you've got the right channel to listen to.

Cant see anything but you can hear it

it is most likely your tv, try using a different tv to test or i could be av leads, try new leads if its not the tv. some old tvs get loose plugs so the sound may work without the picture or vice versa.
hope this helps
