The manual that came with the scale doesn't provide any indication of what the numbers mean for bone mass. I'm 5'2'' and weigh 125 with a bone mass number (according to the scale) of 4. Is that normal? What are the ranges?

FEMALES: age 20-29 normal= 6.2-7%
FEMALES: age 30-39 normal= 6-6.8%
FEMALES: age 40-49 normal= 5.6-6.4%
FEMALES: age 50-59 normal= 5.2-6%
FEMALES: age 60-69 normal= 4.9-5.7%

My only thing now, is what it means if I am below the range.
