I have whirpool fridge freezer american style and the temp lights flashing on and off wont turn off what can i be

domestic fridge should reach 3c to 6c, freezer -18c to -22c

have you tried cleaning the condensor coils.

try to check refrigerant charge if in correct according to its labelled. try to relocate your unit maybe the location near to heating appliance or the circulation of air on condenser is not good try to clean condenser if dusty.

samsung have a 2year warranty - you should call them ..

its the compresor packed up,,,if this compresor is not pumping freezer gas around the pipe work the freezer wont work sorry but a new compresor is not a cheep thing to have fitted as it will need a re-gas as well

ambient temp 10/35 degrees C.not in direct sunlight,
did you use a level to make sure that it is level in all planes,just to make sure all the door seals are tight,
(look along the seals to make sure)the unit should be left on for at least 24 hours in its chosen position with the doors shut,then check temp,it could take another 12 hours to settle down once loaded.Also make sure that its not touching the wall cuts down on vibration.
once checked,if still not right call samsung..they are good.

you have a bad control or bad sensor

make sure your fan is running in freezer section. you should hear it

It may be that the temperature of the unit is not yet up to temp.The flashing light will indicate this.Warning the user the unit is not ready,or up to safe temp.. Let the unit run to catch up,since you just started it.
