On my tasco golden antler 3-9x40 rifle scope, the zoom ring adjuster has stuck in 6x position, the scope has never been dropped, banged or damaged in any way and has had very little use. can this be easily repair if not with tasco having a lifetime warrenty who do i get intouch with in the uk.

not with a "tasco" there a bit of a cheepy scope, if it was a good make then it would be worth the cost of the repair, put it this way,,,the scope you fit to your rifle should cost 3 times more that the rifle did! a tasco scope on e-bay costs what? £150.00p to be honest theres a big "0" missing from that price?

Try some PB Blaster. Wet a q tip and apply to the area at the base of the turret caps. Wait a few minutes and reapply. Then using a small pair of vice grips attempt to twist the turret covers off. A cotton cloth will help keep the gripping surfaces of the pliers from scratching too bad. Hope this helps.
