Lamp went out and had it replaced, but still no picture. When I turn the tv on I have sound but no picture. the green light comes on and then the yellow lamp indicator comes on for about a minute then it turns to red. What else can be the problem.
Does the red indicator flash or blink? How many times it blinks
is a error code that tells a liitle about what is wrong. For
instance, 3 red blinks means the air filter for the cooling fan is
restricted and needs to be cleaned.
This model has lots of complaints against it, get it working and then put it under an extended warranty.
