My scanner a visioneer 6200 was not compatible with windows 7 They said I needed a newer version. I used the oldest scanners drivers that I could find for windows 7. ended up using something like e the Visoneer
8200 for my 6200. It still works excellent to this day.
I would try a driver they made for windows 7 for their oldest Konica Minolta Page Pro that you can find. See if it works good enough until 2010. Let me know please

Verify you do not have any other printer software installed - go to control panel/add remove programs - remove any minolta drivers in particular or any previous drivers you may have had. They can occupy custom ports that Minolta may setup. Reboot after removal. Most but not all 32 bit drivers will multiple to 64 bit OS's (backward compatible) but not all.
