I do not have the LG touch mobile, but experienced a similar problem with another device. It didn't work at al: I selected a photo, say print and sent it via bluetooth to the POGO, it didn't connect.
The solution that worked was: Not give a PRINT-command! Just SEND your picture to the POGO by bluetooth, and it will start printing.
Check your camera manual and it should have a code listed for a bluetooth password (or check the printer which might have it's own password). If that does not work then the bluetooth version might be incompatible with your camera/printer.
I presume you are trying to connect via Bluetooth. Your device (Mobile phone or Laptop will ask you for a Security code to connect to the PoGo. You have to enter the Passcode on the device.
when printing make sure that the paper is inserted in the pogo shiny side up and logo facing down. also try putting through the blue alignment sheet first as the pogo will not work without this. hope this helps
first of all make sure that the pogo it turned off insert the paper from the packet with the blue peice on the bottom with the barcode facing down. and the paper facing shiny side up and logo face down. when you turn the pogo on the blue paper will feed through first then the printer is all setup and aligned ready to print via bluetooth or via USB cable. hope this helps
The PoGo can connect to a PC with Bluetooth only. Once you establish a Bluetooth connection with your PC, simply copy any JPEG file to the PoGo using Explorer. No printer driver is needed, just copy the file to the PoGo over the Bluetooth connection. If your PC doesn't have Bluetooth, you can buy a USB Bluetooth dongle for $5-$20.
