Troubleshooting why is the photos taken in my camera not opening in gallery? my gallery of 'images and video','tracks' is always empty when there are many photos and music in the memory card? Is there a possibility that my gallery files are locked? Is it very serious?

It is normally done the other way round - if you are hoping to view the images on your camera, unless they were taken with that camera and subsequently underwent no further processing, it is unlikely to be possible.

A firewire to USB will not work. It has to be firewire to firewire. A JVC GR-D240ek uses 4-pin, IEEE 1394 compliant Digital Video Connector [DV OUT] to connect a 1394 cable (also known as a FireWire or i.Link cable) to a laptop equipped with an equivalent IEEE 1394 port. Please note that some laptops firewire port could either be 4 pins or 6 pins.

Soon as that connection as shown above is established, you can use Windows Import Video to capture / download the videos.

• You can also open Windows Import Video by using Windows Movie Maker. After you connect ... your DV camera, and your computer, start Windows Movie Maker, turn on your DV camera, put it into playback mode, and Windows Import Video should open automatically.
• You can also open Windows Import Video by using Windows Photo Gallery. After you connect ...your DV camera, and your computer, start Windows Photo Gallery, turn on your DV camera, and put it into playback mode. In Windows Photo Gallery, click File, click Import from Camera or Scanner, click your DV camera in the list of devices, click Import, and then follow the instructions.
• You can also open Windows Import Video by using Windows Live Photo Gallery. (This options requires you to install Windows Live on your computer.) After you connect your...your DV camera, and your computer, start Windows Live Photo Gallery, turn on your DV camera, and put it into playback mode. In Windows Live Photo Gallery, click File, click Import from a camera or scanner, click your DV camera in the list of devices, click Import, and then follow the instructions.

Verify that the laptop's firewire port is 100% up to specs and totally compliant to IEEE 1394.

To which site are you uploading your images ? It may well be a problem with their software - contact their customer service department and enquire. If necessary, you can always upload the images again from your own backups.

Can you not use Windows Explorer drag and drop facility to copy the images to the folder of your choice ?

Usually I open gmail, open the particular email, and at the top of the email the 'attachment' (your photo) can be seen. Click on that directly and you should be a menu that pops up and gives you a choice to save the image. Hope that helps.

Reformat the internal camera memory or the memory card in the camera only. This is an option in your camera menu.

1st you check your storage place from the camera setting must be the memory card not the phone
2nd you must be sure you delete the virus from both the mc and phone

Try opening the photos thro default windows pictures and fax viewer!!!

Possibly overloaded.
The phone needs some memory to operate.

It might be set to open file in the phone memory only. you need to set the taken pictures and video to the destination you want. Its on the Image or Video Setting. you need to choose between the memory card or phone.
