  • Press and hold down the ALT key on the smartphone.
  • While holding down the ALT key, press and hold down the right-hand CAP key.
  • With both of those buttons still pressed, press the DELETE key. The display on the Blackberry smartphone will turn off to indicate that the reset has started, and the keys can now be released.
Check whether this will fix the issue ,If not remove battery and sim when mobile is turned On and check.Still if you face same issue you need to re-install operating syatem to your blackberry

My device a red blinking light with a dark screen.

The red blinking light can mean a couple of things. First, It could mean that you have a message. If that is not the case, you caould have on the 'LED Coverage Indicator'. The LED Coverage Indicator tells you by having the top light flash eather Green or Red depending on coverage. If you are in a place that has good coverage it wil flash Green but if you have little or no coverage the LED will flash Red. To check if you have this setting enabled, first go to "OPTIONS" on the phone in the full menu. Once there, go to "SCREEN AND KEYBOARD". Click on 'SCREEN AND KEYBOARD" and scroll down will you see the option that says "LED COVERAGE INDICATOR". Click on that and switch it to OFF if it is not already there. Then click the back bottton and click SAVE. That should work. If it doesnt, I would call your phone carrier and ask them.

Where light is for controller port four its flashind red and xbox will noy work?

hi, this is what that code is telling you, also do you have a code on the screen when switched on let me know if you do if you dont ill tell you at the end of this post how to get an error code so i can tell you exactly what the problems is.

Section 4 is flashing red
- Hardware Failure

\ /

The Specific Type of hardware failure can be determined by the error code displayed on the screen.
If the screen is blank or you would like additional information follow the instructions for determining the secondary error code in the section below

here is how to get the secondary code for me.
The specific type of hardware failure can be determined by a "hidden" error code

* Turn the xbox 360 on, and wait till the 1 red lights are flashing.
* Press and hold the sync up button (the small white one), while holding that button press the eject button.
* The LEDs will now blink the first number in the code ( so 1 red light may be lit so write this down).
* Release the eject button and press it again.( it will then change the red lights and maybe 2 will be lit up write this down also)
* The LEDs will now blink the second number of the code.
* Release the eject button and press it again.
* The LEDs will now blink the third number of the code.
* Release the eject button and press it again.
* The LEDs will now blink the forth number of the code.
* Release the eject button and press it again.
* The LEDs will go back to the 1 red flashing lights.

so what you need to do is this, when the 1 red light comes on hold down the little white sync button and keep holding it down all the time, now whilst your holding that little white button down on the front of xbox press the eject button but keep holding the white button down now write how many lights are lit up and this is the 1st number in the code, so keep holding the white button down dont let go of this white button then press and let go of the eject button again and write how many lights are lit up whilst still holding the white button down, now do this 4 times all together and you will end up with something like this written down

once you have this four digit code send me a message back with the code then i can tell you exactly what the problem is and what you can do to try and solve the problem

let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

When i Put my battery in my blackberry 8310 the screen flashes blank white and also the red Led keeps flashing.

Remove the battery again and leave it out for 30 mins. This should be enough to reset the BlackBerry.

If same problem occurs, then contact the manufacturer for repair. It could be the chip, loose connection or cold soldered or corrupted program.

Have a great day!
