Manual for watch

I am looking for a manual or instruction sheet for a U.S. Polo Assn. watch I received for Christmas. The only information on the back of the watch is US7009. It is a day, date, 24 hour clock type. I need information on how to adjust the settings and to shorten the band,

If you have to ask, it's a copycat. If you bought it on eBay, it's fake. The numbers are not known to Google. They are a cheap watch anyway, so just enjoy it.
