A clean install? Just insert the CD and follow instrutions on screen. Make sure you have "boot from cd/dvd" selected in the BIOS. If not; if I'm not mistaken, you can push any key to boot from the cd. After the computer restarts to complete the install make sure you do not push any keys on restart . It will finish by it's self.Don't forget your product key. I also found 3 application and 47 driver updates for your Inspiron 1300/B130 on the Dell support page that you might be interested in.
