I do not have a manual for a victorio Strainer. Can I download one online?

I've tried all suggestions how to remove the strainer, nothing is working it's stuck in there. Tried to find a # to call CS and they are in Canada only. I can't get the strainer out.

twist the top to remove the strainer blade
