Try to download the repair manual to this set by internet. It has all details. Repair manuals are in PDF. It cannot included by this window. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Viewing it in "Mosaic" will make surf easy. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
I would try Ebay or try google to see if you can track down a panel. The panel you need is a M260TWR1 R1. The problem you may find is that it will cost more to replace the screen that what the set is worth.
Is this a CRT type. Please mention where the white line is and if this is the retrace line all across the screen horizontally then it is failure of the grid filter which is a high voltage capacitor in the section of the line output normally about 10-25 MFD/250V. Also the failure of the diode or the fusible resistor opening out will result with the same symptom.
It is not unusual for an element to fail when turned on after non-use. Turn off the power, and check the electrical resistance of each element. If either is infinite, then it needs to be replaced. Also, if only one is bad, then it can cause the whole unit to malfunction and not heat the water.
yes
all in one tv's are not the best when something goes out its like london bridges it crashes everything and they tend to heat up quicker cause of extra heat in tv
