Bought a brand new LG env3 cellular phone from Verizon on 10/28. Replaced phone 3 times since because it won't hold a charge and the battery case gets hot. The battery depletes itself with 2 hours. Replaced all charging units and the battery once. Still have same problem? Are all models of lg en3 like this?

Recharge the battery after long periods of non-use to maximize
battery life. Battery life will vary due to usage pattern and environmental conditions.

From page 146 in your manual:
The limited warranty for the product extends for TWELVE (12) MONTHS beginning on the date of purchase of the product with valid proof of
purchase, or absent valid proof of purchase, FIFTEEN (15) MONTHS from date of manufacture as determined by the unit's manufacture date
code.
