most blue tooth manufactures use a 4 digit pin pairing code they are as follows 0000,1234,1111 or 9999 i hope this helps

did you try: Going to ps3 main menu go to settings tab in the settings tab go to: accessory settings make sure your correct bluetooth is active then go audio device settings (still in accessory settings)
make the output and input to the correct bluetooth device and press ok... try that

This headset should be in pairing mode, prior to trying to pair it with another device. The pairing mode in this headset is indicated by its light steadily lit. Starting with it turned off, if it has never been paired before, just by turning it on, it should enter the pairing mode automatically. Otherwise, press and hold the Multi-Function Button for a longer time than the time required to turn it on, until the indicator light is steadily lit. Only then, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, the WEP350 should appear on the phone' screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros).

1- First turn on Bluetooth function on the Finesse.
2- Then start the pairing mode on the headset (for a Jawbone, make sure it is turned off then press the Noise Shield button for 3 seconds, the LED will begin to flash Red then White.
3- Back on your Finesse you should have the Bluetooth screen up with the search button in center, Press the Search button.
*the search & pairing process takes a minute or two, wait untill your headset finishes and stops blinking.
4- You should now show your Bluetooth device on your Finesse screen.
5- Now with your finger, Press,Hold and Drag the newly found headset icon onto the Search button in the center of screen.
6- A new screen will pop up then asking for the Passcode, enter: 0000 and press OK.

Your New Bluetooth Headset should now be linked to your Finesse. : )
