I want to remove the print-shop propublisher deluxe from my laptop, but everyime I try to uninstall it using add/remove programs it tells me that it is already installed, and to uninstall it usuing add/remove programs, which is what I was doing. then my laptop crashes, please help!!

I suggest you run the SYSTEM RESTORE. Go to START, ACCESSORIES, SYSTEM TOOLS AND CHOOSE SYSTEM RESTORE. The choose the previous date that your Print Shop is working fine.

has it worked before since you had the hard drive replaced?

if so do a system restore back to the last point it worked


otherwise go to controll panel and add and remove programs then uninstall the program


restart your computer and then re-install the program then it should work as long as you have it working on your other computer if you re-install it there should be no problem

let me know in more detail what is going on

it sounds like it has not installed properly so uninstall it then install again

also because you have a new hard drive you dont have a new computer

remove it from add/remove programs, click start - control panel- add/remove programs

First though go to add/remove programs, locate it in the list, and click, uninstall sometimes programs will give you the option to "Repair" try this first, if no repair uninstall anyway so you'r fresh for the new install of DLed one.

try to uninstall or clean all interupted installation of Print shop 23 deluxe by using perfect uninstaller.Then install it again after reboot.

try Tune-up utilities 2009, its got uninstall tools in it, or if you have not installed any other programs after that day you installed Broderbund print shop, open System restore and click on the date you installed it. This will uninstall the program

go to control panel then add and remove programs uninstall the origanal and then reinstall it should work ,if you have and anti virus program running shut it of and dicconnect form the internet there should be no problem

IF UR THE ADMIN OF THE COMPUTER , GO TO CTRL PANEL AND CLICK, THE ADD/REMOVE PROGRAM AND DENOTE THE SOFTWARE WHICH U WANT TO REMOVE AND PRESS REMOVE....

OR

EVEN AFTER THAT THE PROGRAM DOESN'T SOLVED. SOME VIRUES MAY BE THEIR IN THAT TRIAL VERSION TRY TO REMOVE IT OR DELETE THE VIRUES AND REMOVE BY PROPER WAY....

Try turning off the program. In the right hand bottom of the screen, right click on the D icon and click on exit. This will disable the program. Then go to the Control Panel, add/remove programs and select the shield deluxe program and uninstall it.
