My box has gone off again seems to be a everyday accurance now, They be on to it the buggers, I only done them yesterday after hours of searching on here.

By now everyone should get firmware updated so that you box auto-rolls when the keys change
More info on afterdawn.com (digital TV forum) and 4shared.com usually has the latest firmware
Otherwise download the BigMAQ toolbar which has latest keys/ fixes listed
