My Prisma SE24 LPG boiler will not light, it trys to ignite but nothing happens. I know there is gas as the cooker works fine.... I have tried the control knobs all ways but nothing happens. Can you help plz?

Try adjusting the gas to air mixture and flow rate. I don't work well in very cold weather, either. I think that's fairly typical. Even a diesel engine is difficult to start in cold cold weather. Perhaps heating the room where the boiler is would help or at lest insulate the room well. Including stopping any drafts that may be causing a windy condition in or around the combustion chamber.
Is there gas cause most of the time it won't ignite cause there is no gas. What you can do is light it your self and if it lights that is good and if it stays light than there is has sometime you have to light it your self
could be air presure switch which tells pcb that fan is working and would then bring inn ignition system then main gas valve.Would suggest getting gas engineer in.pommie engineer
The lpg either cylinder or gas tank must have a pressure reducing valve which sets the gas pressure to that required by the boiler. After that valve the piping is the same as for any gas boiler.Where the pipe goes through the wall floor of similar - make sure the pipe has a sheath to protect it from gouges and or wet
The regs - Not sure about the USA but here in UK we have comply. different regs for tank or cylinder The lpg supplier is a good source of info
Push also the gas button and hold in until pilot lit and then for some seconds [8-30] after until the thermocouple is hot enough to tell the boiler to light the main burner
what size of gas line is going into boiler and water heater? is it black iron ? natural gas or propane? have you checked gas pressure at water heater and furnace ? if they work fine individually then you have a problem with incoming gas pressure. Call gas company and ask them if they would come out and check gas pressure.
