The waste ink collector pads are getting full and this is a protection indicator.
Either get the machine serviced or it may be cheaper to replace it-[depending where you live]
There are tricks to keep the machine going- but eventually the you will get ink leaking all over the place.

Epson C62, Fault :- Green & Red lights flash alternativly.
Tried pressing 3rd & 2nd buttons , printer just sits there flashing and doing nothing else.
Unplugged printer power when 1st powering up and replaced ink cartridges.
