On most brands, there are pins that form hinges for the links of strap. You need to push them out. usually you would find arrows marked from inside of the metal bracelet which show you the direction in which to remove the pins. You can remove it if you have a small watch maker's screwdriver but you have to be careful. or get one of these ..

which should help you to remove the link pins safely without scratching.

I traying to find a band for my watch is metal but i do not know it model it call seiko kinetic SQ 100 it is golden all around with white back ground and it has a calender

You can try Seiko for the band. That band is pretty common in both Seiko current models and after market brands such is Speidel.
There is a 18mm metal band that is almost exact from Bariloche available in some watch repair and accessory stores. You can also check Speidel.

Is there a replacement band for the kennith cole reaction kc3628 watch?

You can try to contact the manufacturer to see if they have one for you. KC has a great warranty program and they are good at keeping parts. If they do not have one you can try to find a metal band that you like that will fit. Most likely you will end up modifying an 16-18 mm metal band.

Pin that holds metal band clasp is missing

If it is only the pin that holds the metal band, this is an extremely inexpensive part that is available at most stores that sell watches.

Remove links on this watch

Most bands have removable links on the end of the band. You can tell because they have small holes on the side to remove the pins that hold them together. The links that don't have holes are not removable. This is standard on most metal bands.
