Top oven fan wont turn off unless I turn the cooker off at the mains

Cooling fan has the function to protect kitchen furniture from excessive temperature. The fan will cool the oven even you turn it off (not unplug from wall socket). This will happen only after the temperature decreasing below 70 degrees. If this does not happen then is faulty thermal cut-out which is located between wiring on the top and has 4 pins.

Oven light blew and now no power to the oven.

If you are not knowledgable in electricity, call for service.
This is an electrical short at the light, I have seen this before.
The wiring for the light has grounded to the oven. This causes the main fuse to blow. You will need to fix the short first. Then reset the main fuse/replace.
In the case of the wall oven, you may have to remove the oven to fix it properly. Depending on the model and where the short is.

Zaunssi ZBF360X built in Oven Not Heating

This tutorial will show you how to check your Zanussi element and how to replace your Zanussi cooker element.
Here are the 3 main faults to look for in your oven or cooker that is not heating
  1. Your oven will not work until the clock/timer has been re-set after replacing an oven element or tripping the electrical supply. Consult your Zanussi manual.
  2. If you're Oven is not getting hot or heating up it could be a faulty element, if the fan in the oven is running and the thermostat light is on, this will lead us to believe that the element has gone faulty. With grills the thermostat light should come on there should be heat, if not then this could be the grill element or the thermostat.
  3. When you turn the oven on, the household electrical supply trips on the Rcd (this is the earth trip in the fuse board sometimes called the breaker tripping) your fan oven element has gone to earth and needs replacing.

How to remove a fan/motor from a Zanussi oven

You are probably trying to undo the nut the wrong way.
It is a left hand thread, so to undo it, you go clockwise, as though you were trying to tighten it, and vice versa to tighten it up again. If you can't unscrew the nut, you will have to grip the fan spindle with something whilst you undo the nut.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.
