If the code for the blinking light isn't in the product manual, then you would need to call kenmore directly in order to ascertain the specific meaning of the blinking pattern that you're seeing. You can reach them by calling 1-800-366-7278.
Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. https://homenol.blogspot.com/ https://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

A red light indicates the charger is charging the battery, an amber light means it has switched from fast rate charging to trickle to keep the battery topped off, and green would mean the battery is completely charged. But don't be fooled waiting for green, many times the charger will only be on green for a moment before changing to amber and keeping the battery topped off.
Flashing can be a sign of a problem on some chargers.
A rapid flashing red can on some chargers indicate a bad or shorted battery, or a bad battery contact in the charger itself. If in question, try a different battery on the charger or compare with another charger to determine if the blinking is normal.

When one light from the four lights ring itself changes from green to red, it means that a general hardware failure has occurred or is imminent. Blinking of one red light with an error message like E66, E67, E68, E71, E74 or E77 means a repairable problem while the one red light blinking without error message means some critical or irrepairable problem. The problem can be avoided by restarting the Xbox 360 console but if you have not received any error message with one blinking red light then the problem is irrepairable. The console will behave the same way and you should understand that one or more of the hardware components in your console have stopped functioning due to hardware failure. If you receive an error message with one red light blinking then the problem is reparable and the system will definitely start working. It means that there is some hardware problem with the Xbox 360 console connection occurring due to the misplacing of cables in the ports. Turn off your Xbox 360 and disconnect all cables, now reconnect the cables and switch on the Xbox hope this helps.
if the battery is very flat, the red light blinks. try sliding the little battery switch off for a few seconds, then on again, and have the charger connected
