1. In Outlook Express, click Stationery on the Tools menu.
2. To change the font settings for e-mail messages, click the Mail tab, and then click Font Settings.

Change the default font style for new messages that you compose

1. Click the File tab.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Mail.
4. Under Compose messages, click Stationery and Fonts.
5. On the Personal Stationery tab, under New mail messages, click Font.
6. On the Font tab, under Font, click the font that you want to use for all new messages.
7. If you want, select a font style and size.

Restore the initial default font style options To restore the font to the default setting of 11-point Calibri, do the following:

6. On the Font tab, under Font, click the entry +Body.
7. Under Font style, click Regular.
8. Under Size, click 11.

To change the size of text in your email messages:

1. Click the "Mail Options" link in the upper-right corner of the page.
2. Click the "General Preferences" link.
3. Next to "Font Size," select your preferred font size. "Smaller" will make the font of messages one size smaller than your browser's default setting; "larger" will make the font one size larger.
4. Once you have chosen a new font size, click the "Save" button to activate your new settings.
5. Yahoo will confirm the changes by displaying, "Your changes have been recorded."

Please note that the above steps will affect only the text of your email messages, and only those messages displayed in plain text (the fonts of HTML messages will not be affected).
To change the font size of all of the text in the Yahoo interface, you must change the default font size of your browser.
Internet Explorer users:

1. In the View menu, choose "Text Size."
2. From the menu that appears, select your desired font size.
3. Your selection will take effect immediately.

Netscape users:

1. From the Edit menu, choose "Preferences." This will open up another window.
2. Click on the "+" symbol to the left of "Appearance." Note: Netscape 6.0 users will see a little triangular arrow.

If you have a Yahoo! account, you can change the appearance of your messages.
For example, you can change font color or size.

If the default font size for Yahoo! is too small or too large, there are two ways to change the font size.

You can change the font size while composing a message or you can change your settings and change the font size for all messages.

Click "New" to compose a message and click "Rich Text" beside the "Subject" line to show font options.

The appearance bar will open in your e-mail message; you can change font color and size here.
Highlight the text you want to change the font size.
Change Font Size in a Yahoo! Mail Message
Look to the font options toolbar above the e-mail message and click the arrow beside "12," the default font size.

A drop-down list will open with the available font sizes.
Select a different font size from the drop-down list.

The font size of the selected text will change.

Sign in to your Yahoo! Mail account and click "Options" located at the top, right corner of the window.


Select "More Options" from the drop-down list. The Options page will open.

You can change your signature or message settings here. Select "General" from the list of options and look to the section marked "Plain text font."

you have to go to your message settings..look for the font settings in the menu..usually theres three..small medium and large settings..thats where you change your font settings..

You need to install "Handcent sms" application from market. It has the option to increade or decrease the font size.

Click on install. Then sign in with gmail username and password that you used in your HTC desire.
It will be installed automatically.Open Handcent sms, go to settings, and select required font from option.

You need to check your font settings, especially the color:
Preferences -> Apperance -> Change Fonts & Colors -> Font color.
If this is not working, change the font (minor possibility, but could happen...)

Your font may be white on a white background. Change your font color back to black.

generally you cant change the fonts.. the better thing to do is use the default nokia theme which wil be in blue color..

I'll trade you - mine is too small. I can change it every time I write a message but I want to change the default. To change it for an individual message, press the right soft key, and use option 6 - just below the screen, you have to arrow down to it.
