Yeah i brought this clarion vrx755vd 7"screen cd player from a friend and when i went to hook it up everything was working fine except i wasnt getting any sound from it. I seen it work berfore i got so i dont know whats wrong. i even tried hooking speakers through a amp up to it and still no sound came out of it.
I have a 7in in dash dvd player but it does not want to play cds or dvds. it gives me an error notice. it won't even eject the cds. Where can I fix it?

wheni turn on the car the stereos play but after a few minutes no sounds can heard and the stereos show that it is working I take it to a installed place and they told me that it could be the brain can you please help me?
I have the exact same problem, It just started happening to day, it will work for a couple of minutes then it just goes silent....I looked it up on the Clarion website and the said you can take it to Radio Shack and they will send it to a repair center. Once they have looked at it they will call you and give you the amount they will charge you to fix it....
