The parking brake (usually light green) wire from the stereo needs to rest at ground to view videos.

You will need one pair of RCAs connected to the unit in the rear where it says "sub" and a remote turn (connected to the radios blue and white wire) on running from the radio(with the RCAs) to an amplifier. You will also need a power cable from the battery and a chassis ground coonected to the amp. Connect the subs (usually in some sort of enclosure) to the amp.

Their is a reset button under the detachable face plate it might help. Its the flashing light it should reset the unit

Well, it sounds like you need a new output IC, which is what produces sound to the speakers.

i have the same model its the green wire next to the earth wire bottom row make sure u earth it otherwise the unit can be frustrating at times!!!!

Try to turn off the radio first and then turn it back on then press the eject button repeatedly. If it still not working then the problem is with the radio itself. Give it back to the dealer where you purchased it, im sure that its still covered with the warranty since its brand new.

Chequea el cable de alimentacion. Utiliza un Voltiometro para controlar si hay voltage. Si no hay corriente en el cable de alimentacion puedes necesitar cambiar el fusible de 15 amp incluido en el cable.

Disconnect all speakers and hook up one test speaker. If that works hook each speaker up one at a time and test each one.

that is where its suppose to be connected it that you dont have it grounded properly
