If two same episodes are showm at different times and I won't to record only one.What do I have to do for not to record both.

From the menu screen. navigate down to recordings.

Select view Playlist to the left of the list of recordings.

From the playlist screen, select the show you would like to delete and press the corresponding button to delete. Read carefully as you risk deleting all episodes in the group for the show. If you have multiple episodes for a show recorded, you will risk deleting all.

You cannot program the PVR to only record the new episodes with this unit. However, you can set it to record all episodes of a program. Press the Rec button on the remote. Select your PVR that you want to have record the program. Use the arrow keys to navigate to More Recording Options. Select All Options. (Note: if your program is moved by the channel programmers, the show that airs instead will be recorded by the PVR.) All recordings, or just some? Planned?

Most DVRs default to look for the program on the channel you found it when you initiated recording, so if you initiated a recording for Law And Order SVU from USA but asked for only new episodes, since new episodes show on NBC, you won't get any. So make sure you are setting up a recording from the channel you want to record it from, in the format you want to record it (New, reruns, all, HD, SD, etc.)

Depending on your service and receiver, signal quality may also be stopping your recordings. For instance, you have DirecTv and you never have service when it rains, it also just happens to rain in your town whenever Modern Family airs. Just your luck.

And, it could be that you are trying to record a show that is an OnDemand or streaming only show, like Orange is the New Black (on Netflix). Waiting around for an episode to air will never happen because they are an On Demand service.

For example on Channel A , channel A + 1 and Channel B that shows same program at a different time

try a dvd cleaner and that do nt work replace it

if no forward button on the unit you will need the original remote for this.

Our 622 receivers are able to record more than just 20 episodes. There is a setting you can change to ensure it keeps any recordings.

Press the DVR button 3 times to go to Daily Schedule. Once there select "Timers" and then manually select the timer that you're having problems with. Go to Options and on the bottom is a "Maximum Recorded Events" section. This is where you can tell the receiver how many episodes to hold before automatically deleting them. Delete the timer and reset it up, make sure that box has a # symbol in it. If the problem continues afterwards, let me know here!

when you select "new episodes" it will record ALL episoded that have not been recorded already. ALL episoded will record every time the show comes on. as far as then 134 hr recording, it sounds like a manual timer error i would erase it and monitor progress to see if it does it again.

Try inserting your DVD media into the PC and doing a 'quick format'. The LG is not seeing what it considers to be media that it can use. It is not seeing that you have inserted recordable media. Sometimes you can reformat the DVD or do a quick media erase, and the LG can then put on its blank "squares" that is uses for its menu selection. I think that it what it does when it 'initializes' a new media.
