turn down the brightness to minimum required ,turn off anything unnesseary that you dont use as bluetooth ,Ir anyting like that, a trick use on my phone which seems to work atleast on my zte blade and my iphone 3GS is to connect the phone to the charger and let it charge to max then i restart the phone and connect the charger again for another hour and the batterylife seems to last one day more
