Wearfit f1 plus stuck on sms mode. Can it be reset?

Have you tried starting in safe mode or connecting the hard drive to another computer as a 2nd drive and accessing it that way and trying to repair and virus check

i have just reset my mp3 and its fine now but it was also stuck couldnt turn on or charge

open cover and use paper clip to reset it.

everyone probably knows this but I'm a novice! I reset it with the end of a paperclip!! Thanks.
