Hi,i m having nokia 6681,now it is not working bcoz it wont b switched on..i was using mobile with my pc,when it went switch off.actually i hav connected cable to my pc and mob.internet was on.i captured a photo when it was connected to the pc.from then onwards it was switched off. i hav charged for it sumtime,it shows only nokia without light..and i removed the battery and sim and few mins later i inserted the battery and sim,then also it shos nokia without light in it.tel me what can i do.pls help me further..i went to nokia care and they did not assess properly.. pls sumbody help me to comeout from this problem

Send it back to Nokia and get help from them.It's the best way.

may be ur keypad no matching ur circuit or u use duplicate key pad. so its way 2 go tecnication and it will become ok. dont worry

Brothers i'm engr. TOUQIR NISAR (PAKISTAN). i'll solve ur problem. if u don't know ur nokia n70,n71,n72......... bbh5 model phone lock code and u want to reset it then use a simple trick
Note it "switch off ur mobile phone (step 1)
simultaneously press following bottons {*,calling botton,3} and then switch on ur mobile while holding the above mentioned bottons.When ur mobile phone will switch on it would be in a reset condition.If u want to know the lock code then contact ur service peovider. we have a same 3110 c ,try to click the off button at the top and start the ceelphone it will not restart again only if theres a problem

just remove your MMC n just type *#7370# n will ask u the security code.type it out (default code is 12345 )
NOTE: battery must b full, else if format is disrupted by low batt, consequences will b disastrous
I heard the code *#7780# works too, pretty much the same i think.

I think your mobile needs a formattin or flashing ...so follow the below procedures to remove your problem.

RESETTING PHONE BY NOKIA SECRET CODES (steps 1 and 2)

1st step : SOFT RESETTING NOKIA MOBILE
Take backups of ur phone books,calender and others, then simply enter the code
*#7780#

2nd step : HARD RESETTING BY CODE
Just enter the code-
*#7370#
Then it asks for security code enter ur security code whose deafault value is 12345
NOTE:
The battery must be full or the charger has to be connected to the phone so that it does not run out of power and make the phone unusable.
Take backup of the contacts and other important data in MMC .

FLASHING

3rd step :FLASHING : ANOTHER METHOD FOR HARD FULL FORMATTING

This step is known as flashing of phone. Always do this step at last (after 1st 2 steps are over and u are not successfull)

1. Make sure you phone is fully charged. (At minimum 3/4 of bettery should be left)

2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card (if possible).

3. Switch-off your mobile phone.

4. Press and hold these three keys together

-Green dial key,-Star key (*)-Three key (3)

then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone.

Do not let go the three keys until you see the “formatting” screen displayed

5. After a few minutes, the format will be complete. Your mobile will now be at its original factory settings (It will reach the same state as that in when you purchased it).

well no program or code will work for you.you need to show it to mobile repairing shop..............

1. sms uusually don't get backuped,unless uploading information from your phone to a pc is supported by your phone. try to look up user's guide. 2. rebooting BB5 class phones such as 6630,6680,6681, N series usually require full reformatting. try visiting your local non-Nokia/independent service stations.
