Hi - Someone tries to give me a solution to my problem which was my ProHeat 2X 9300 works perfect except that it has no suction on the tool setting. It sprays okay but won't **** up the solution. The answer I got was that it was clogged. I have never used the tools before but have used the steam cleaner on carpets about 10 times. If it is indeed clogged - how can I fix this myself??
