It is an extract of the Coleus plant that has been known for hundreds of years as a herbal remedy for just about anything.

Hard data on its actions in regard to weight loss and appetite suppression is difficult to find, as few clinical trials have been done. Consequently the promoters of this stuff say things like "MAY do this, MAY assist in...." etc

It is known to be dangerous when taken in combination with certain drugs prescribed for high blood pressure (often seen in obese people), heart problems, or blood thinners, eg warfarin, aspirin, ibuprofen etc.

It is advertised as supposedly "creating a natural furnace in your cells so that fat cells are burned away". Just the sight of b***s terminology like that ought to alert you.

No. it is actually dangerous for some people to use it.

I find that hard to be true. The manufactuer just came out with updates for the Nuvi 3xx and 6xx this month (Aug 09) and those models are older than your Nuvi 205W. When you mean updates are you referring to firmware or maps? Either way, even the discontinued models are still being supported with firmware & map updates.
