You can't unlock the child lock without its remote cotnrol.

push minue directly on tv and seif that works. try to see if you can get it out of that mode. you might need the origanal remote. try search on the remote control may work

Hi, you can tune the channels of the Plasma TV without Remote Control. However, I suggest that you to purchase a new Remote Control of the same model number of the Plasma TV with any near by Plasma TV dealer.

Press the "Menu" button on the remote, then scroll down to the "Picture" setting and press the "Enter" button on the remote. Try unplugging it. Leave it that way for an hour at least. Try to turn it on while unplugged to discharge stored power that might keep settings.
