Cell phone keeps shutting off.

Its not an accidental press. And its not the SM card because it doesn't turn off when it is plugged in. So it MUST be a battery error right? ... Wrong. I replaced the battery with a brand new one, same issue. My phone won't even stay on for more than 2 minutes unless it is plugged in. I didn't expose it to extreme heat, i didn't get it wet, I dropped it pretty hard about a month ago and that would be the only thing that could have caused it. but no problems untill suddenly 2 days ago. Can't think of anything else.

I have a samsung SM-J320V. I accidentally turned on the flash light and don't know how to turn it off.

In the Notification area should be a Torch icon, just tap it. Or try switch the phone Off and then back ON.

My samsung galaxy s 4g will turn on but then just vibrates with a blank screen. I tried to reset it with volume down+ power but the reset menu doesn't come up

do this to wipe partition cache

  1. Turn off the phone
  2. Note: If the phone will not power down, remove the battery and reinsert it.
  3. Hold the Volume Up, Volume Down and Power Key simultaneously.
  4. Release the keys when the Android recovery screen appears.
  5. Press the Volume Down key to highlight Wipe Cache Partition.
  6. Press the Power key or Home key (this varies based on the software version of your phone) to select.
  7. The phone will display Cache Wipe Complete after a few seconds.
  8. Press the volume keys to highlight Reboot System Now.
  9. Press the Power key to select.
i advise you to back up everything first before doing master reset

4. Replace the card cover to keep dirt and debris out of the device.

My 6720 nokia phone has gone into offline mode and can not get it back online can you please help as this is a company phone, i have tried taking sim card out, and memory card out, still does not work

This problem occur when the phone gets dropped on a high place, water damage or setting on your mobile is changed.

Please follow this basic solution :

1. with the sim inserted on your phone, go to profile and select GENERAL. might you accidentally set your profile to offline mode.

2. check the simcard socket if its clean or well align, might corrosion is the problem that's why the sim fails to recognized.

3. Also clean the simcard itself using an pencil eraser.

4. align the battery terminal, might the power supply is not sufficient if the ground (middle terminal) doesn't reach the battery interface. as well as clean the battery connector.

If the above method doesn't work, consult a mobile service center for assistance, maybe the sim IC or some components related to insert sim problem maybe damage.

Good luck...

2) Select Phone Memory
3) Check Each And Every Folder such as Photos Videos and so on
4) Then Select Options->Mark All -> Options -> Move
5) Go to Memory card on File Manager
7) Select Options -> Move Here

do this for all folders

finnally try what do you wont to do

or

Try to format the phone memory, but this will erase all your data, so, first save the info you need- contacts, photo, etc. Shut down the phone, press and keep the keys * , 3, green (answer) and keeping them press power on and keep all for 15 seconds, then release all. If the format was successful, the phone will ask the time\date\ location. If it doesn't, try again, maybe you pressed badly one of the keys.

Phone wont turn on

Make sure the song giving you the problem is an mp3. You might try deleting it and reloading it. I accidentally loaded an mp3 to my daughter's cdm 8945, which takes wma's. It restarted the phone when she tried to play it.
