1.check fuse

2.check relay (microwave oven magnetron)

3, check switches of the doors

It should default to the highest power setting.

If not, you can reset it by unplugging the power for a minute or two, plugging it back in, and setting the clock.

Otherwise, refer to your owner's manual.

The Magnatron is the "heart" of any microwave without it there are no microwaves.

How much depends on what country you live in and what size it was 800 1000 watts etc. But most times a new model is cheaper than a repair as there is warranty and its new and improved.

Unit about #250-350 + labour 2 hrs minimum + any travel.

If you have home insurance and your repairer can say its "Fused" yu can claim fusion on your policy. Labour is not covered neither are any other parts other than the Magnatron.

Don't know if you got your motor or not, but I've just ordered an identical part number from ebay - search for "microwave turnable motor".

It is advertised as a Panasonic part but has the exact part number you want.

Since the company seems to not even offer microwave ovens currently which, to me, is an indication that they are buying and having rebranded some Asian (Chinese or Korean) make and may not even have service information or support.
