Remove the blades and punch out the shaft. Clean it all and then reassemble it with lots of water pump grease (it's waterproof). Seizing happens because liquid goes down between the shaft and housing and sets.

oops ! may have just pop the thermal fuse inside , but you might have to take apart and see what you did, if you got this cheap enough , might just buy another good luck >

sometimes you can post what you are looking for on Ebay and wait ,there are companies that have new and used for Demos very cheap too >^.^<

check for the thermal fuse if it has blown inside. check if O -ring, has leakage and motor got wet some how or gummed up , clean you parts. try not to fill up the dump yards with more trash ... >^.^<
