Do not know from where the water comes. The wet puddle on the counter appears after I do the first pull, and always shows up on the right side of the unit as I face it. Note: I live in a tiny, rickety old house that may or may not still be level, so I don't know if the information about the water being to the right helps or not.Do not know from where the water comes. use a voltmeter and check if you have continuity across the element terminals,(do this with macine unplugged and terminals off element. this will happen if something has cauased the element to fail. or check if you have a leak on top of boiler that is shorting out aomething.
check the coffe filter>> it could be teard up and leaking(check it carefuly it is hard to see sometimes)
check the pressure you get from group. 7 - 9 bar pressure you should get to handle. if it is biger than check by pas valve and adjust the pressure, also check up boiler security valve(security valve for water for coffee)
