You need to wire up the audio from the computer.
The 15 pin cable is only the video, next to the input on the tv should be a red and white phono connector which should say audio or line in, get a cable that has a headphone type jack on one end and 2 phono red and white plugs, connect the headphone jack into the back of the pc, should be the green audio out where you would usually connect pc speakers, then the phono plugs into the back of the tv and insert them into the phono ports on the back of the tv that say line or audio in. Turn the TV to PC and thats it.

hope this helps

Philips blu ray bdp2205, no picture when connecting to Sony bravia via HDMI cable. Works on other TV just fine. Help!

Make sure that your input on your Bravia is selected to the HDMI input that you are connected to; and that HDMI video output is enabled. If after doing that you still do not have picture from it then try another HDMI input.

Bravia 32'' hdtv says ''no signal'' when I connect my Sony vgn FW27OJ with 15 pin wire.

Connect the VGA cable to the external video port on the laptop, power up the Bravia first, switch the Bravia input to PC and then boot up the laptop. The Windows image etc will be automatically diverted to the Bravia.

DVD Does not work when using HDMI from Philips TV to Bravia

You could see if they will exchange just the unit and save both of you the hastle of checking and repackingit all. It does sound like the unit is faulty.
Or if your Bravia has more than one HDMI input then try on another, or a friends tv if you know some one with a HDMI tv in working order.

Green screen with sound from cable, but picture is fine with Wii

That would be my solution. The trouble is either in the box or your connecting cables. Verify this by connecting the cable directly to the set. Then try a new set of connecting cables, or call the cable provider to replace the box.

Pc setting for sony bravia

'Unsupported Signal' Error indicates that TV is accepting the signals for Video but not able to display because resolution doesn't matches. Else the message would be 'No Signal'.
Follow the steps-
NOTE- Make sure cable is 15 pin(at both ends) VGA cable, working fine between PC & Monitor.
1.The standard resolution of laptop(any) which would support is 1024*768.
2. Toggle the display output from Laptop Fn Keys depending on Laptop Brand.
3. Connect the cable after settings made.
Also PC Settings will not be highlighted until connection is made.

No sound on playback

The S-video cable carries picture only. You need to also hook up RCA audio cables from the camcorder to the TV
